Architectural consolidation · Studitemps
Leading the move from distributed microservices with event sourcing back into a modular monolith with cleaner bounded contexts. Unifying databases, phasing out the event sourcing layer, reshaping domain ownership. The system never earned the distribution cost. This is the cleanup.
AI in production · Studitemps
Multi-step agent pipelines, retrieval-augmented context, model fine-tuning, and tool-use patterns that have to hold up under real customer load. The work is less about picking models and more about making inference predictable at scale.
Vendor integrations · Studitemps
Automated integrations with major vendor management platforms (Inditex, Compleet). Eliminated manual workflows that had been costing the operations team hours per transaction. Revenue impact in the multi-million-EUR range annually.
Operational automation · Studitemps
Make.com and n8n workflows connecting engineering to business operations without dedicated development cycles. The HubSpot deal → order generation flow alone saves ~30 minutes per order. Real impact per hour of work is higher here than anywhere else.

Metalsale.com infrastructure from scratch · Serohtec (earlier)
Built the product’s core AWS infrastructure end-to-end — deployment pipeline, VPN, auto-scaling, monitoring — for a real-time digital metals trading platform. Event sourcing and CQRS at the architecture layer, real-time communication for deal verification.
